December is not the most economical month for planning trips; the cost is greatly influenced by the approaching New Year holidays, when everything becomes more expensive. And yet, even in December, many people want to relax, if possible on a budget. And this is quite possible, especially if you pay attention to destinations where accommodation, for one reason or another, is cheaper.
The Russian hotel and apartment booking service TVIL.RU has identified the most economical vacation destinations in December 2023. And among them there are even seaside resorts. The leader here, for obvious reasons, is Crimea. But even in the Krasnodar region it is quite possible to find a place where your wallet will not suffer too much. And of course, let’s not forget about other interesting regions — with their cities, natural and historical attractions.
Available destinations were analyzed based on the average cost per night. In first and second place are the Crimean cities — Evpatoria, where the cost of a night is on average 1,555 rubles. and Saki, where a night costs 1684 rubles. In third place is Saratov, where the average cost per night is 1,802 rubles.
