Crimean counselors successfully completed the training program «School of counselors: inclusive practices»

The All-Russian Children’s Center «Scarlet Sails» hosted a unique program «School of Counselors: Inclusive Practices», designed to prepare counselors to work with children with special needs. As part of this program, the leaders of the student teams of the Republic of Crimea have successfully completed intensive training and received certificates. The program included 10 lessons, during which counselors studied in depth the psychology of children with special needs, learned how to communicate effectively and solve emerging problems. Thanks to this training, counselors now have the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully interact with a diverse group of children and create a positive environment for everyone.

This program gave me valuable knowledge and skills to work with children with special needs. I have learned to better understand their characteristics, connect emotionally, and create a safe and supportive environment for all children. I am ready to apply the acquired knowledge and do my best to make every child feel accepted and participate in all the activities of our children’s center— says Artem Kovalev, a fighter of the student pedagogical detachment «Condor».
