Crimean deputies were concerned about the technical condition and safety of the attractions

Deputies of the Crimean parliament in two readings supported the bill “On regional state control (supervision) in the field of technical condition and operation of attractions on the territory of the Republic of Crimea,” introduced by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov.

According to the Chairman of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, currently control over the technical condition of attractions is not regulated at the federal level, therefore it is possible to adopt laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation establishing control in this area.

The adopted law determines that the subject of regional state supervision is the assessment of compliance with mandatory requirements by legal entities, their managers and other officials, individual entrepreneurs, as well as persons applying a special tax regime, and their authorized representativesnoted Konstantinov.

The document will eliminate insufficient legal regulation regarding the implementation of regional control of the technical condition and operation of attractions, which is currently absent, and will also improve the quality of services provided by the owners and tenants of attractions.
