Since Monday evening, Crimean doctors on duty at checkpoints have provided medical assistance to 80 citizens traveling from or to Crimea. Of these, two adults and a child were hospitalized in a state of moderate severity. This was reported TASS on Friday in the press service of the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
According to operational data, from 17:00 on July 17 to 08:00 on July 21, 80 people turned to doctors, including 10 children. Two adults and one child were hospitalized in a state of moderate severity, the rest of those who applied received medical care on an outpatient basis, they did not need hospitalizationthe message says.
The press service recalled that the duty of ambulance teams was organized at checkpoints and at the ferry crossing on the way from Crimea and to Crimea.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea recalled that, taking into account the current situation and the organization of traffic flows, in order to provide timely medical assistance to citizens, the ambulance brigade is on duty:
— in front of the Crimean bridge (around the clock);
— on the Chongarsky bridge, the Dzhankoy checkpoint (24/7);
— in the village of Medvedevka, Dzhankoy district (from 08:00 to 20:00).
In addition, along the Tavrida highway between the Belogorsk district and Kerch, there are permanently based ambulance teams of the Crimean Republican Center for Disaster Medicine and Emergency Medicine in the village. If the situation changes, the number of ambulance teams deployed and their duty stations will be adjusted.
