Crimean doctors took part in the XXXI Russian National Congress of Cardiologists

Specialists of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Republican Clinical Hospital named after. N. A. Semashko» took part in the XXXI Russian National Congress of Cardiologists, which took place on September 26-28, 2024 in St. Petersburg.
The participants of the event were greeted by the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko in a video message. At the grand opening of the congress, the President of the Russian Society of Cardiology, the chief freelance cardiologist of the Russian Ministry of Health, the General Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “National Medical Research Center named after V.A. Almazov» of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Evgeniy Shlyakhto. He devoted his reports to the role of the Russian Society of Cardiology in the implementation of national projects and personalized medicine in cardiological practice.
At the plenary session dedicated to the new national project, “Long Active Life”: Challenges and Prospects for the Cardiology Community,” Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Evgeniy Kamkin made a report.
Head of the Center for Vascular Risk Management, State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Republican Clinical Hospital named after. N. A. Semashko» Natalya Dranenko, head of the cardiology department with acute care for patients with acute coronary syndrome, State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Republican Clinical Hospital named after. N. A. Semashko» Mikhail Belousov, ultrasound diagnostics doctor at the Cardiological Dispensary of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Republican Clinical Hospital named after. N. A. Semashko” Alexander Legkonogov took part in sectional sessions and symposiums of the congress.
At the sectional meeting “Non-coronary diseases, valvular pathology, congenital diseases, pediatric cardiology, pulmonary hypertension,” Alexander Legkonogov presented a report on the topic: “Clinical and echocardiographic features of congenital heart defects in adulthood and old age.”
The theses of Natalia Dranenko (together with co-authors) “Serum magnesium levels in patients with myocardial infarction with post-infarction left ventricular aneurysm and signs of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia” were published in the materials of the congress.
