Crimean employers have become more tolerant of employees who leave suddenly
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Over the past years, Crimean employers have become more loyal to those who leave without warning, but employees themselves are increasingly reporting plans to leave the company in advance, according to a survey SuperJob online service.
When leaving their last job, 8 out of 10 Crimeans warned their employer in advance. On the contrary, 10% reported their dismissal immediately at the time of filing the relevant application. It is more typical for respondents under 34 years to inform the employer about their plans: among them 72% did so, while among the respondents older than 31 years — 34%, — the press service of the service reported.
Nationwide, in the 12 years since the similar SuperJob study, employees have become more likely to warn that they are leaving the company (65% in 2010 year and 70% today).
This trend should please HR managers: 74% of them in Crimea believe that an employee should inform the company about his/her desire to leave as soon as possible. Every fourth HR-specialist (26%) is convinced that he is not obliged to do this and it is quite normal to tell about his dismissal on the day of application. Time of the survey: 10 May — June 8 2022 of the year
