Crimean employers spoke about unspoken preferences for the social status of applicants

In a service survey SuperJob Employers took part — representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea.
There are 16% of companies where there are unspoken preferences for the social status of female applicants. 10% of companies have wishes regarding the social status of male job seekers. Most often, employers’ preferences are on the side of candidates (both men and women) who are married and have children,” noted the service’s press service.
Recruiters from 19% of companies spoke about unspoken prohibitions against female applicants. There are significantly fewer unspoken prohibitions against men (12%).
