Crimean entrepreneurs since the beginning of the year have attracted about 6 billion rubles to business development

For six months of the current year, thanks to the guarantees of the Crimean guarantee fund, entrepreneurs of the republic were able to attract 5.95 billion rubles for business development. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

It is worth noting the effectiveness of support measures provided in the region, which we traditionally judge not only at the end of the year, but also by intermediate results. We see that the priority sectors of the economy who experience the processes of growth, enlargement and scaling are being able to readily for guarantees and other support measures, and which, of course, is also another criterion and an indicator of the growth of the region’s economy as a whole— said Irina Kiviko.

As the Deputy Prime Minister specified, since the beginning of the year, the Crimean warranty fund provided 52 guarantees in the amount of 322 million rubles, which allowed entrepreneurs to attract 5.95 billion borrowed funds.

At the same time, 21%came from the total number of guarantees to the enterprises of the trade sector, construction — 38.1%, agriculture — 14.2%, production — 12.7%. The average guarantee in 2025 amounted to 6.2 million rubles with a rate of 0.25% per annum.

Also, for six months of this year, the regional leasing company of the Republic of Crimea entered into 100 contracts for the supply of equipment under a program of preferential leasing totaling 669 million rubles.

Among the equipment delivered by entrepreneurs: transport — 35 units, equipment for production — 34 units, agricultural and special equipment — 31 units.

Recall that the new national project “Effective and Competitive Economics”, operating in the country since the beginning of 2025, unites federal projects aimed at developing small and medium -sized enterprises, increasing labor productivity, increasing investment activity, as well as the development of the state statistics and forecasting system.
