Crimean fighters can quickly receive monetary compensation instead of a land plot

The Deputy Prime Minister explained that land plots are provided in the territory with the planned developed infrastructure. However, the preparation of all documentation for the issuance of plots, as well as the supply of supply networks is a fairly long process. The next pool of land is planned to be provided no earlier than the end of 2026.

After analyzing the market, we understand that now for a million rubles you can purchase a land plot similar to those that the state provides. However, if the participant does not need his land, the law does not limit it in the possibilities of implementing the received compensation. It can be spent on the construction of a house on an existing site, repair or any other needs. And this is also right. Such an alternative is proposed at the request of our fighters— explained the deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.

Recall that the procedure for the payment of monetary compensation was adopted on April 14, 2025. This option can be selected by those military personnel who are in order to obtain land and who have not yet been distributed by the land plot and in respect of which a decision has not yet been made to provide them with a land plot free of charge.

“I also draw attention to the fact that if the applicant is not in the register of participants in the AIS“ Earth ”, the application is not available,” Anna Anyukhina emphasized.

The corresponding application for the provision of such a service can be submitted in electronic form on the website of the Crimean minimum perception of the Crimea at the link: https://mzem.rk.gov.ru/ or through the centers «My Documents». On the website of the ministry, a banner «Money compensation is posted at the bottom, instead of the provision of a land plot.» Participants need to undergo authorization through Esia, submit an application, fill out the bank’s details block and attach the necessary documents.

The deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea also noted that when submitting documents, special attention should be paid to the bank account so that the accounts specified in the application coincide
with data from a bank statement attached to the application.

It is important to understand that the previously submitted documents are also affected by the terms of consideration of the application in the queue to receive a land plot. Specialists of the minimum permanent check them and, if necessary, send interdepartmental requests to confirm data.

So, for example, employees primarily pay attention to the certificate attached in the program confirming participation in his. If in the certificate submitted when putting a land plot, it was not indicated that the soldier performed service and combat missions or participated in the fighting within the framework of his, or the certificate was issued by an unauthorized body at that time, then this fact can be confirmed by a single-sample certificate, from a single portal of public services, or to the MFC.
