Crimean government agencies and educational institutions are being attacked with false messages

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea reports that a mass distribution of messages about an alleged threat to the buildings of government agencies and educational organizations has been recorded.

Law enforcement officers immediately went to these sites, and the buildings and premises were inspected. No items posing a threat were identified. The issue of initiating a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Art. 207 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Knowingly false report of an act of terrorism)— reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea calls on media representatives and citizens to trust only official information.
