Crimean graduates appreciated the difficulties of searching for 6.7 points

Graduates of universities of 2022–2024 estimated the difficulty of searching for work on an average of 6.7 out of 10 points. In a service survey Superjob Starting Career Young specialists of 2022–2024 took part. release from Crimea.
According to Rosstat, the unemployment rate in the country remains at a record low level (2.3% according to November 2024). Many industries experience a shortage of qualified personnel. Competition for jobs among applicants decreases.
How difficult is it in such conditions to find a suitable job to university graduates? We asked graduates of 2022–2024 to evaluate difficulties on a scale from 0 to 10 (where 0 is completely simple, there are no difficulties, and 10 is very difficult, almost impossible), and the average score was 6.7. Moreover, the younger the graduate, the higher his assessment of the difficulties of searching for work. Graduates of 2022 estimated the complexity of employment at 6.5 points, and graduates of 2024 — already 6.8 points. A decrease in the level of uncertainty in young people occurs as working experience is developing. It was the lack of experience that graduates called the main obstacle when searching for work (57%).
What else interferes with newly made specialists when looking for a suitable job? Every tenth participant in the survey noted that he was disappointed with too low salary offers at the start of his career, every eleventh — a small number of vacancies in the specialty. Among other problems, the respondents indicated disappointment in the profession and work schedule, the inability to combine with further studies, as well as a misunderstanding of how to make a resume and undergo interviews.
