Crimean hospitals are equipped with medical personnel by 92.4%

According to official figures of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea, as of June 1, 2025, an indicator of staffing with medical personnel was 92.4 %: doctors — 91.86 %, average medical personnel — 93 %, the youngest — 95.3 %. Since the beginning of 2025, 286 doctors, 674 nurses and 360 specialists of younger medical personnel have been employed in the medical institutions of Crimea. A high percentage of employment of target learning graduates was recorded (80-100%) is one of the best indicators in Russia.
The leaders in staffing by the doctors were the Razdolnenskaya district hospital, a clinical din-venereological dispensary, a republican clinical hospital for war veterans, a clinical sanatorium «health resort», Simferopol clinic No. 2, Evpatoria dental clinic and Simferopol maternity hospital No. 2. The average medical staff is fully equipped with the Razdolnenskaya and Black Sea district hospitals, a clinical din-venereological dispensary, the spark sanatorium, Simferopol clinics No. 3 and No. 4, Kerch city hospital No. 3.
Over the past five years, the salaries of medical workers in Crimea have increased significantly: for doctors — by 26 thousand rubles, for average medical personnel — by 12 thousand rubles, for the younger — by 14 thousand rubles, exceeding the inflation level and reaching target indicators.
In the republic, there are programs for supporting specialists, including the provision of housing and land plots, Zemsky Doctor/Zemsky Phaldsher, compensation for rental housing or mortgage payments, as well as target agreements.
To attract personnel to the region, new mechanisms are actively introduced. Among them — the program “Work and relax in the Sunny Crimea”, in which the ambulance doctors and paramedics from other regions are offered work on an urgent employment contract in the holiday season with the provision of housing for them and their families.
In addition, a resource with vacant rates of all medical organizations of the region was created on the basis of the Crimean Ministry of Health, providing direct access to the employer messengers, as well as a telegram channel for interaction with potential employees.
According to the chairman of the Parliamentary Health Committee, Anna Rubel, the committee made the initiative to open the department of rehabilitology, and this year the first set of students took place. It is expected that the graduates of this department will replenish the staff of Crimean hospitals in the near future, contributing to the further development of medical care.
The standard of living of Crimeans directly depends on the availability and quality of medical care. Therefore, the development of the healthcare system is one of the priorities in our work. Over 11 years, an incredible number of transformations occurred: new medical institutions were built and repairs were carried out in the current ones, new equipment was purchased, and a fleet was updated.
