Crimean is invited to take part in the third season

The third season of the Professional Development will provide for young people who want to reveal their strengths and find a place in the modern world, unique professional development services. These are individual career tracks that include online courses from leading experts, testing to determine vocational guidelines, consultations with career mentors, as well as support at all stages of internships and the search for first jobs. More than 175 partner organizations will open their doors for internships so that young people receive real practical experience.

Residents of the Republic of Crimea have been actively participating in the Presidential Presidential platform “Russia — Country of Opportunities” since 2023: 494 people joined the project for two seasons, eight of them were among the finalists and winners. In the new third season, adult students, graduates of universities and professional educational organizations, as well as young specialists of the region will be able to take part in the project.

One of the important opportunities for young people in 2025 will be the passage of internships in the largest Russian organizations and companies — participants will be able to get to the internships of the State Duma, for the production of Norilskel, at the company «Skombombank», «Mriya Resort & SPA», a special economic zone «Alabuga», etc. A new opportunity is opened for those who want to bind a career with the state Service: The internship program of the Forum Directorate of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs starts, where you can get experience in the field of government.

Another innovation of the season will be the launch of partnership courses on the Professional Protection platform. Participants pump communicative and digital skills, learn to work in a team, develop projects, master the basics of leadership, critical thinking and time management. In addition, courses will help to better navigate in career tracks, prepare for interviews and build a personal strategy for professional growth. Materials from Dobr.RF are already available for passing, in the near future educational programs from the Russian Society “Knowledge” and VK Education will join them.

Particular attention in 2025 will be paid to full -time events. The project will continue the bright format of live communication with a talented youth in the framework of the days of professional development. In the new season, three regions of Russia will collect thousands of ambitious young people on their sites, the first of them will become the Udmurt Republic in April. Students will be able to personally meet with the largest employers, take part in open discussions and master classes, get practical career construction tips.
