Crimean minimity filed a lawsuit to return the land that is leased by FC Dynamo Kyiv

The court received a statement of claim on the recognition of the lease agreement invalid and the return of the land plot, the court hearing was scheduled for March 11, 2025, — said in the file cabinet.

FC Dynamo Kyiv received the rights to a land plot of 30 thousand square meters. m in the late 2000s. Initially, the construction of a recreation center for athletes was planned on the territory, but the project was never implemented. Despite the change in the status of Crimea in 2014, the club twice extended the lease — in 2016 and 2020.

The first claim for the return of the land of Crimea was filed in 2021, but the trial lasted almost four years and was unsuccessful. The new trial is designed to finally resolve the issue of property. Currently, the land remains at the disposal of the Kyiv club.
