Crimean minimum perception: the rules for using land for personal subsidiary plots

The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea recalls the proper use of land for personal subsidiary plots.

On the land plots provided for the maintenance of personal subsidiary plots, agricultural products were allowed, but without the right to build capital and non -capital construction objects.

According to legislation For the maintenance of personal subsidiary plots, a land plot within the boundaries of the settlement (household plot) and the land plot outside the boundaries of the settlement (field land) can be used.

The minimum permission of Crimea is provided with such land plots outside the boundaries of the settlement for personal subsidiary plots (field land). Such land plots are subject to use by citizens in accordance with their intended purpose for the implementation of unconditional activities for the cultivation, processing of agricultural products.

Recently, cases of posting ads on the sale of such sites on various trading platforms with information with information that misleads people have become more frequent. For example, the authors of the ads write that over time the purchased field plot can be transferred to residential development or a transfer of the type of permitted use to IZHS through the MFC. I note that any construction in these land will be a unauthorized building.
