Crimean Ministry of Crimea: Explanations of Mandatory Legislation Requirements in 2025 for accommodation funds

The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea organized and held a series of working meetings in video conferences mode with the heads of accommodation of cities of Alushta and Yalta.

In the meetings, not only representatives of the hotel business, but also employees of the administrations of these regions, as well as specialists of architecture and urban planning departments took an active part.

Mandatory requirements of legislation:

Self -esteem of accommodation. The participants explained in detail the mandatory procedure for self -assessment of placement objects, which is an important element of the classification system and confirmation of compliance with the established requirements.

Information in the Federal Register of Rosakcreditation. Particular attention is paid to the need for timely and correct entry of information about the means of placement in the Unified Federal Register in accordance with applicable law. This should be done before September 1, 2025.

Control and supervision activities of the Ministry. Representatives of the Ministry brought to the attention of participants information on the main areas, principles and plans of control and supervision activities in the field of tourism in the Republic of Crimea.

The procedure for entering information in GAR FIAS. Participants received clarifications in the procedure for interacting with the administrations of the Ministry of Defense and the Rules for making relevant information about objects to the state address register of the federal information target system (GA FIAS), which is critical for identifying objects.

Practical aspects of self -esteem. The heads of accommodation facilities were provided with specific practical recommendations and the typical difficulties that arise when undergoing a self -assessment procedure were explained in order to facilitate and accelerate this process.
