Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yevpatoria, together with colleagues from the regional UFSB, stopped the illegal activity of a resident of Saki, suspected of fraud upon receipt of social payments.
It was established that the 55-year-old woman, wanting to receive material assistance in connection with the death of her former husband, provided false information about the presence of marriage registered between them. The ex-wife of the military deliberately hid that they divorced back in 2014. On the basis of inaccurate data, a woman was assigned a social payment of 3.4 million rubles, which could cause damage to the federal budget on an especially large scale. However, the fact of fraud was revealed,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.
The investigative department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Yevpatoria against the attacker has been instituted a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 3 of Art. 30 hours 4 tbsp. 159 of the Criminal Code (theft of funds in receipt of social benefits established by laws and other regulatory legal acts, by providing obviously false and inaccurate information … The intentional actions of a person directly aimed at committing a crime, if the crime was not completed).
