It is noted that the museum institutions of Crimea are successfully developing, first of all, through state support. After the reunification of Crimea with Russia in the region, new museum institutions were opened, including the memorial to the victims of the fascist occupation of Crimea 1941-1944. “The Krasny concentration camp (opened in 2015), the Museum of History and Archeology (opened in 2018), the memorial complex“ The Renaissance of the Peoples of Crimea ”(opened in 2021).
Museums are actively underway repair and restoration work, modernization and technical re-equipment continues.
