Crimean Peninsula carriers fix the growth of tourist flow

Krympress reports:

The number of guests from the mainland is growing

According to Martynov, more and more Crimeans and guests of the peninsula purchase cars and prefer to travel by personal transport, which is why the fall of demand for bus tickets by 2-3%is noted annually.

On average, we calculated that if one of our passenger buys a car, then the carrier loses about 1000 trips a year, because every day someone is going somewhere. And also, maybe the family of our passenger is a wife, children and so on— the expert explained.

Despite this number of people who come to Crimea from other regions of the country on buses, he was still growing, he noted.

We have suburban transportation — this is up to 50 kilometers around the village. And there are intercity — from above this distance, and still interregional, which come from other regions of the Russian Federation. And we looked: in the first half of 2024, 111 thousand passengers came to us in this way, and in the first half of the 2025th-125 thousand people. That is, by 13% the amount increased— said Martynov.

These indicators are comparable to the statistics of representatives of the resort sphere of Crimea, which speak about 12%about the growth of tourists, he added.

According to Martynov, traditionally in the season the number of interregional routes is growing, which today cover the entire European part of Russia to the Volga.

That is, you can leave to Nizhny Novgorod with a direct flight. There are a fairly large number of flights, all this is on the Internet, and you can go in — see directions and buy a ticket— said the head of the transport enterprise.

Resort directions, such as Sochi — Yalta, connecting two large cities by the sea, are especially popular among guests of Crimea, he emphasized.

Such routes are worked out and adjusted in the Crimean transport industry constantly, and the number of «mainland» carriers is growing, offering flights to the peninsula from different regions of the country, Martynov said.

Flights to Crimea are in demand from almost the entire territory of the North Caucasus, from the southern regions, from the European part of Russia. And this passenger flow is growing … The season is very active. And we add flights to the mainland, because this year there is a very big demand— said the guest of the ether.

More and more flights on Crimea

In the midst of the season, the number of those who wish to travel inside the peninsula itself is growing, Martynov notes.

In this regard, the Krymavtotrans dispatch department works almost in non-stop mode, interacting with carriers to analyze passenger traffic and add buses in time. At the same time, the number of different directions increased very much, the director of the transport enterprise emphasized.

Including our standard directions. Such as Yalta — Evpatoria, Yalta — Simferopol, Simferopol — Evpatoria, Simferopol — Theodosius, Sudak direction. The number of passengers who want to go to resort regions increased many times— he said.

Several seasonal directions are also open, very in demand not only among the guests of Crimea, but also among local residents, Martynov added.

This is Bakhchisaray — Nikolaevka, Kirovskoye — Sudak, Krasnoperekopsk — Black Sea, Simferopol — Gurzuf, Nizhneky — Sudak, Sovetic — Sudak — Feodosia, Mishor — Sevastopol, Simferopol — Sea and others. So that the inhabitants of the peninsula who do not live by the sea — these are mainly steppe areas, the capital — could additionally go where they wanted them— listed the guest of the ether.

In pike perch, for example, the number of flights is growing literally every year 2.5 times.

It increases by 150% almost annually. Because the entire steppe part of the Crimea — Soviet, Kirovsky — is very fond of Nizhnevorsk district, namely pike perch. Maybe because they are so closer, and it turned out geographically, historically. Tickets are very in demand in this region— said Martynov.

Temporary seasonal flights, he said, operate as much as the situation requires, and “summer” buses may well become “autumn” if they remain in demand.

It all depends on demand. Every day we see how many tickets were sold for a particular flight. And if the bus continues to be completely filled in September, then the flight is in demand, why remove it? We leave tickets and agree with carriers. And they are only happy— the guest of the ether summed up.
