On the afternoon of February 5, the rain will turn to sleet, snow, and very heavy precipitation is expected in the southern, central, eastern regions and in the mountains. The wind is southwest with a transition to northwest 15-20 m/s, in places 25-30 m/s, in the southern regions and in the mountains up to 35 m/s.
