Without significant precipitation, only on the day of October 31, a low-active atmospheric frontal section will cause light rain in places on the peninsula. Fog is expected in some areas at night and in the morning. Wind southwest, northwest 7-12 m/s, gusts up to 17 m/s in places during the daytime. Air temperature at night is 4…9°, on the southern and eastern coasts up to 13°; during the day 14…19°, in the mountains 7…12°— reported the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Crimean UGMS».
