On the night from Sunday to Monday, the weather pattern will change sharply: a cold atmospheric front will cause rain on the peninsula, at night on October 9, in some places very heavy with thunderstorms, and on Monday the precipitation will stop.
The wind will shift to the north-west at night at 12-17 m/s, in some places it will increase to storm-force values of 22-27 m/s. The air temperature on Monday will drop by 8-10 degrees and will be 3…8° at night, up to 12° on the coast, 11…16° during the day, 5…10° in the mountains. On Tuesday the weather will remain cloudy: no significant precipitation at night, rain during the day, heavy in places. Starting Tuesday, the wind will shift to the southwest and weaken at night to moderate; during the day, individual gusts will reach 18 m/s. The air temperature will not change significantly— noted in the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Crimean UGMS».
