The Crimean police are constantly working to assist citizens in obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation.
Relatives of a 72-year-old woman, whom they transported from the Poltava region of Ukraine to the Dzhankoy district in 2020, contacted the employees of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Dzhankoysky»., — they talked about a recent case in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea. — The pensioner found herself in a difficult life situation, has serious health problems and cannot move independently. When obtaining Russian citizenship, the woman encountered difficulties.
Taking into account the difficult life situation, the leadership of the migration department decided to provide comprehensive assistance to the elderly person in obtaining citizenship and obtaining a Russian passport.
Police officers arrived at the woman’s family’s home to solemnly present a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. Along with the main document, the police handed over the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
