CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Crimean police warn: on February 15-16, the northeast wind is expected to increase to 15-20 m/s on the peninsula.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea recommends that road users observe the following safety measures:
- if it is impossible to limit travel, be extremely careful on the road, do not exceed the speed limit and strictly follow the traffic rules;
- Do not park vehicles under trees, billboard structures, or electrical wires.
- if the elements find you on the street, you can hide from the strong wind in the entrances and underground passages; you cannot hide behind billboards, bus stops, trees, etc.;
- use reflective elements on clothing, bags, umbrellas, bicycles, etc.;
- If you have a hood or umbrella, clear your field of vision to the left and right in advance.
In bad weather, pay special attention to the safety of children and the elderly, and be attentive to others.
In case of emergency, you must call: “112” — a single rescue phone; “102” is a direct police line, open 24 hours a day.
