Crimean rescuers continue the campaign to improve the monuments of the Great Patriotic War

Employees of the Evpatoria emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS» went to the memorial, which is located in the area of ​​the village. Cozy Saki district. This memorial sign is dedicated to the site of the emergency landing of the torpedo bomber of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Guard Aviation Major General Nikolai Tokarev. Crimean rescuers also visited the Saki “Memorial of the Unknown Sailor”. Employees of «CRIMEA-SPAS» cleared the adjacent territory of the monuments from dry grass, bushes and debris.

In turn, the Feodosia emergency rescue team “CRIMEA-SPAS” went to the monuments “Partisans and paratroopers”, located in the 29th quarter of the Staro-Krymsky forestry, and the “Partisan hospital of the 5th partisan detachment”, located in the 52nd quarter of the Staro-Krymsky forestry.

The monument to “Partisans and Paratroopers” contains a list of a separate group of the Feodosian landing force, which was stationed in the area of ​​the Kozya-Sarytlyk mountains and became partisans of the Kirov and then the Red Army detachments of the 1st region. In 1965, the remains were reburied from the site to the “Partisan Hospital of the 5th Partisan Detachment.” A stone monument was erected on the site of the destroyed stele.

Rescuers cleared the burial sites of grass and debris. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea honored the memory of those killed in battle by laying flowers and a minute of silence.
