Crimean residents told how they spend their lunch break in offices
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Lunch break is not only a time for eating, but also for personal matters. In a survey by a service for finding high-paying jobs Superjob Office workers from Crimea took part.
Judging by the results, not all office workers manage to eat during their lunch break: every fifth one claims that they usually cannot distract themselves from their duties and continue to work. Seven out of ten respondents said that they manage to have lunch during their break. What else can you spend your lunch break on, except (or instead of) eating? 28% usually manage to take a walk. 25% hang out in their gadgets. 14% go to the store. 9% said that they do a warm-up (usually ping-pong and table football with colleagues, but there are also those who manage to go to the gym for half an hour). 7% take a nap or meditate. 6% read or do online shopping. Every twentieth person plays computer games during their lunch break. 2% watch movies and TV series.— the service’s press service notes.
Among men, there are more of those who do a little warm-up during their lunch break, as well as those who doze, relax, and play computer games. Women more often choose walks and shopping, both offline and online.
