Crimean student — participant of the All-Russian meeting in the field of employment of minors

On November 24-26, at the Atlantic Hotel, the All-Russian meeting of the curators of the Teenage Labor Teams “Be in the TOP!” was held. The participants of the event are representatives of Russian student teams (hereinafter referred to as RSO), who supervise the direction of teenage labor teams in their regions. As part of this event, an All-Russian seminar-meeting in the field of employment of minors in the summer was held. Which was attended by the curator of labor groups of teenagers of the Republic of Crimea.

At the seminar site, curators of labor groups of teenagers in the North Ossetia from 14 constituent entities of the Russian Federation were able to exchange employment experience, build a mentoring system, and also gain new knowledge. The meeting of supervisors of teenage labor groups will serve as a platform for the formation and systematization of plans for the development of this area in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Participating in the All-Russian Meetup of Teenager Labor Team Curators was simply an incredible experience! Exchange of experience, discussion of the mentoring system and new knowledge in the field of employment of minors in the summer — all this is valuable for the development of work teams of teenagers in Crimea. Thanks to such events, we will be able to more effectively formulate and systematize development plans in our region.

The development of labor education for adolescents is of great importance for their full social and professional development. Involving teenagers in creative, social and volunteer activities will allow the younger generation to develop their leadership skills, prepare them for an informed choice of a future profession, and foster a sense of belonging to society— speaks Forum participant and fighter of the student teaching squad “Fury” Karina Gayanova.

The meetup program included work in small groups, a theoretical part in an interactive format, as well as a practical part. The project is being implemented with the support of Rosmolodezh.Grants and Russian student teams.
