Crimean student teams are preparing more than 1,000 teenagers for employment during the holiday period

On May 23, on the basis of the State Budgetary Institution of Additional Education of the Republic of Crimea “Children’s Health Center “Scarlet Sails” in the village. In Zaozernoe, the YavTOP school of teenage labor teams was launched. The event brought together 100 schoolchildren from all municipalities of Crimea, who will form the command staff of labor detachments.

As part of the school, participants will receive training in working with documents, communicating with schoolchildren, forming labor teams for the subsequent employment of teenagers in the areas of assistant counselor, improvement of populated areas, and the service sector. Thanks to the efforts of student teams of the Republic of Crimea, this year the total coverage of minors in the field of work will exceed 1000 people.

It is extremely important for us to provide schoolchildren with employment opportunities. This year, the number of teenagers wanting to work in the summer is significantly higher than last year, which proves that working for minors is of great importance. The school of work teams for teenagers «YavTOPe» provides an opportunity not only to gain first work experience, but also to develop skills that will be useful to teenagers throughout their lives. We are confident that participation in such projects helps teenagers become more responsible and independent, ready for any life challenges, – notes the head of the teenage labor teams of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian Socialist Republic Arina Mironova.

Lectures on employment contracts, documents required for employment, working hours and general rules for the employment of minors are organized for school participants. The school is held on the initiative of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea.
