Crimean student teams join forces in the development of society
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On February 16, at the headquarters of public support of the Republic of Crimea, a round table was held dedicated to current problems and prospects for the activities of Russian student groups. The event was timed to coincide with the upcoming Day of Russian Student Teams.
Present at the meeting were:
- Sergey Tsekov, Senator of the Russian Federation;
- Svetlana Savchenko, Head of the Public Support Headquarters of the Republic of Crimea, Advisor to the Representative of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea;
- Ani Rudnikova, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea;
- Vladimir Kaidansky, head of the Crimean regional branch.
Representatives of student teams of the Republic of Crimea actively discussed issues of improving and developing the scope of activities of student teams in the region.
When I remember my student years, the best years were when I went as a guide, during the summer holidays, it was after the 2nd and 3rd years. It was a very useful job, it taught me how to interact with people, it’s not so easy to interact with passengers, they are different. This is all life experience, it helped me form as a person. I believe that if you have the opportunity to work, you should work. Good luck to you in your student brigade activities, work for your benefit. Understand the processes taking place in our country, — Sergey Tsekov, Senator of the Russian Federation, shared his experience.
In 2015, when the Regional Branch of Student Teams of the Republic of Crimea was formed, you had an advantageous position. You have seen other regions, and you have managed to combine all the best practices and create an exemplary regional department that brings together many good practices.
I cannot help but note that North Ossetia is a unique opportunity for travel. They not only work, but also visit various regions of the Russian Federation. This is the intensity and experience that they can gain by visiting other entities. This enriches students and makes an invaluable contribution to their minds and memories., – Ani Rudnikova, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea, expressed her opinion.
As part of the discussions, the head of the Crimean regional office, Vladimir Kaidansky, noted:
We are faced with the fact that in the educational activities of the Student Teams of the Republic of Crimea there is no regulatory document that would systematize our work. There is a federal law on education, which describes the basic principles of Russian student groups and provides recommendations for educational organizations. However, each region interprets this law differently, leading to different interpretations and practices. People from student groups actively stimulate the development of student groups, but we need to have a clear regional law that would regulate our activities and ensure their effectiveness. Therefore, we are taking the initiative to develop a regional law on the development of student groups in order to create transparent and stable conditions for their work.
This event is part of a wider campaign to stimulate youth activity and develop the student community in the region. It is expected that the decisions and initiatives taken will help strengthen the role of student groups in public life and will ensure more effective interaction with authorities and the public.
We, as a public, support your proposal for legislation. We will be very happy to be with you. It is clear that the guys are motivated, take the development of student teams seriously and are ready to work for the benefit of our region, – supported by Svetlana Savchenko, Head of the Public Support Headquarters of the Republic of Crimea, Advisor to the Representative of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.
We thank all participants of the round table for their active participation and constructive contribution to the development of the student movement in the Republic of Crimea.
