Crimean student teams will take part in the finals of the All-Russian professional skills competition among student medical teams

Every year, the cycle of events of modern Russian student teams (RSO) ends with the All-Russian meeting of student teams. This year, the RSO celebrates the 20th anniversary of modern student brigades and the 65th anniversary of the student brigade movement as a whole. With the usual scope for the anniversary student brigade gathering, from November 20 to 24 in Moscow, All-Russian competitions of professional skills in various areas of activity of student brigades will be held simultaneously, one of which will be a competition to determine the best student medical brigade in the country.

The direction of student medical teams is quite young in the activities of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student teams. But in a short time, members of the Crimean student medical teams have established themselves at a qualitatively high level in their work. Thus, this year, Crimean medical students became the best at the district professional skills competition, and Tatyana Glushkova, commander of the student medical team “Lux Vitae”, became the best physician in the student medical teams of the Southern Federal District. For the first time this year, Crimean medical students showed themselves worthy both at the All-Russian labor project “Atlant” in the Kemerovo region, and at labor projects in the Republic of Crimea, working in the Republican Clinical Hospital named after. N.A. Semashko, and in the leading sanatoriums and hotels of the peninsula.

Throughout the year, Crimean medical students participated in the qualifying stages to reach the finals of the All-Russian professional skills competition among student medical teams and, having passed all stages, became finalists of the prestigious competition as part of the student medical team “Lux Vitae”. In the finals, competitive tasks will include testing medical knowledge, skills, first aid skills, organizing sanitary education events and many other important aspects of working in student medical teams.

For the first time, Crimean student medical teams will compete for the title of the best team of student medical teams in the country. The very fact that Crimeans have reached the level of competition with the strongest squads in the country speaks both of the high culture of the student brigade movement in Crimea and of the high basic professional training that our students are given in Crimean medical educational institutions.

Our team was created only this year, but we have already completed our first semester of work and now we will proudly defend the honor of student medical teams of Crimea at the finals of the All-Russian Professional Skills Competition in Moscow. Such events are an excellent opportunity to communicate and exchange experiences with colleagues from other regions of the country, which is very important for us, doctors. We will try to show good results and reveal the potential of each member in the squad— said the commander of the student medical detachment “Lux Vitae” of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the Medical Institute named after. REFERENCE. The All-Russian competition of professional skills of medical teams is held annually as part of the All-Russian meeting of student teams. Participation in the competition allows teams not only to demonstrate their professional skills, but also to gain useful experience by participating in master classes and exchanging knowledge with colleagues from other regions of the country. Student medical teams play an important role in organizing medical care on various community and labor projects, providing assistance to people and participating in health programs.
