Crimean student workers will work in children's health, services, agriculture and construction
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Due to the acute shortage of seasonal personnel in the leading sectors of the economy of the Republic of Crimea, employers are increasingly paying attention to attracting modern student labor groups to work. This requires appropriate professional training for students. So, on May 3, on the basis of the MDMC “I&Camp” in the village. Peschanoye, Bakhchisarai district, the Regional School of student teams of the Republic of Crimea began its work. The first 200 students from leading educational institutions in Crimea have begun intensive preparation for the summer working season. The school allows you to gain practical knowledge necessary to work in children’s camps, in hotels, in agriculture and construction, and in servicing passenger transportation by rail.
As part of the school, students will be immersed in simulated situations where they will be able to encounter various conflicts and learn how to effectively resolve them. They will also acquire the necessary knowledge of document management and best practices in professional and social activities.
The regional school of student brigades is an important step in the development of the student brigade movement in Crimea. Students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to work effectively in the field of temporary employment, and will also learn to work in a team. We expect that school graduates will become worthy representatives of student teams and contribute to the development of the region, – notes Vladislav Yezin, Commissioner of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.
