The Spartakiad was held in Volgograd from October 13 to 15, bringing together 82 participants from various regions of the Southern Federal District, including the Volgograd and Astrakhan regions, the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Kalmykia, the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
Students from Crimea showed their skill and endurance, taking a well-deserved third place in terms of all indicators. This event was one of the important stages of the All-Russian Spartakiad, which will soon be held in the city of Kazan. Athletes competed in eight different sports, including 3×3 basketball, volleyball, darts, tug of war, athletics, futsal, virtual soccer and towns. These competitions were a real test for the participants, demonstrating their skills and sportsmanship.
The Spartakiad united youth from different regions in the spirit of competition and friendship. These competitions were an excellent opportunity for students to demonstrate their athletic potential and dedication. Our athletes from Crimea represented the region with dignity, and I am proud of the way they rose to the challenge. We hope that this is just the beginning of the path to new achievements at the All-Russian Spartakiad in Kazan, and we will be focused on winning in the future,” the press service quotes the commander of the “Nova” service detachment and the head of the delegation, Konstantin Zakharov.
