Crimean studio detachments are preparing qualified personnel for work in the summer in the republic

May 17-18 at the Crimean Federal University. V.I. Vernadsky will be held by the regional school of student detachments of the Republic of Crimea “Development of the superfessional labor competencies of students“ Professor Strategia ”. Participants in pedagogical, service, medical, agricultural detachments, as well as representatives of detachments of conductors and labor detachments of adolescents, will gather on one site.

The regional school will become the final stage of training students and schoolchildren for the summer workshop. As part of the event, participants learn about the basics of employment for the summer season, get acquainted with the package of the necessary documents and the main provisions governing the activities of various labor areas in detachments. Experienced speakers will talk about what opportunities are opened before youth in the framework of student labor detachments and how to make a resume in order to attract the attention of employers.

For the first time, schoolchildren of the city of Simferopol from labor detachments of adolescents (TOP) will take part in the event. Minors annually have a request for the opportunity to earn extra money during the holidays, to be independent and enter the labor market, so student units of the Republic of Crimea help to find employers, teach and employ adolescents. Not the first year of the top in the Crimea is united by students, most of which is employed in the summer. The main area of ​​work where adolescents work covers the sphere of animation activities in the framework of children’s recovery.

Student detachments of Crimea pay great attention to the training of personnel for the summer labor season. It is important for us that representatives of the student -offers, going to labor facilities, qualitatively perform their work, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. Particularly relevant is the training of counselors for children’s camps, as the Republic of Crimea is experiencing an acute shortage of seasonal personnel in the field of children’s recovery. We are sure that it is high -quality preparation and advanced training that will allow us to ensure comfort and safety not only for Crimean children, but also for vacationing children from the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson and Belgorod regions. Participation in the school provides students and schoolchildren with the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience for further professional activities, — said Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student detachments.

After training, the participants will have to undergo testing, according to the results of which they will be able to receive certificates confirming their participation in the regional school of the Crimean Studies.
