Crimean studio detachments held a school to prepare counselors for work in children's health camps

May 17-18 at the Crimean Federal University. V.I. Vernadsky was held by the regional school of student detachments of the Republic of Crimea “Development of the superfessional labor competencies of students“ Professor Strategia ”.

The participants in the event were 200 representatives of Russian student detachments, schoolchildren and students who will work in children’s camps this summer, harvesting, in services and hospitality, in medical institutions and on serving passenger traffic on the railway. Fighters of student detachments of the Republic of Crimea gain practical knowledge that will come in handy in professional activities at various labor facilities.

This year, special attention was paid to the training of counselors for work in children’s health camps Crimea. The republic is experiencing a shortage of qualified personnel capable of providing a high level of organization and conducting children’s recreation, so the student detachments of Crimea help to qualitatively prepare students for work in the field of children’s recreation and recovery.

Training combines theoretical classes and practical master classes, which allows the future counselor not only to master the necessary knowledge, but also to acquire practical skills that will be useful while working with children.

The annual regional school is the last and most important stage in the preparation of the Stadot -Radoters for working summer. This year we pay special attention to the training of students and schoolchildren, realizing that high -quality training is the key to our successful work. All acquired knowledge and skills will help fighters cope with all the difficulties that may arise in the process of work.
