At the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea
a meeting was held “Results of catering for students in educational institutions of the Republic of Crimea in the 2022/2023 academic year. New goals and objectives for the 2023/2024 academic year.
The meeting in person was attended by the heads of educational authorities, who were addressed by: Head of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Legislation on Juveniles and Youth of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea Maria Orlova, Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Crimea Gevchuk Svetlana, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Zaredinova Alime , Specialist — Expert of the Department of Sanitary Supervision of the Interregional Directorate of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol Elena Lysenko, Head of the Central Directorate of the State Veterinary Committee of the Republic of Crimea Tushina Oksana, Chairman of the Republican Council of Parental Control over Catering in Educational Institutions of the Republic of Crimea Olga Zolotareva, Minister of Education Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea Valentina Lavrik.
Deputy heads of educational authorities, specialists in charge of catering in educational institutions, nutrition technologists, heads of educational organizations, catering organizers in municipal educational institutions were connected to the meeting via videoconferencing.
At the meeting, the heads of educational authorities were instructed to prepare a package of documents by the beginning of the academic year to organize and ensure high-quality hot meals in educational institutions, to ensure the quality work of marriage commissions in educational institutions, to promptly eliminate the instructions identified by the regulatory and supervisory authorities during inspections of food units of educational institutions , comply with the requirements of sanitary legislation by all employees of the catering department of educational organizations. Before September 1, 2023, it is necessary to hold kick-off meetings with representatives of the parent committees, to determine the work plan of the committees. The conclusion of contracts for the provision of hot meals services must be carried out taking into account the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 29, 2023 No. 498 “On approval of standard conditions for contracts for the provision of catering services for children studying in educational programs of primary general, basic general and secondary general education”.
