Crimean teenagers attended the YavTOP youth labor brigade school for further employment

On May 23-26, a school for teenagers’ labor groups “YavTOPe” was held in Crimea; for 4 days, schoolchildren from all municipalities of Crimea were trained for future employment opportunities

On May 26, the YavTOPe school of work groups for teenagers, held on the basis of the State Budgetary Institution of Additional Education of the Republic of Crimea “Children’s Health Center “Scarlet Sails”, ended. Over the course of 4 days, participants from all municipalities of Crimea actively studied and took part in various events aimed at preparing for work.

At the final stage of the event, the results of the training were summed up and the projects that the children prepared during the school were defended. A creative festival was also organized, where participants were able to show their talents and share their experiences with others. During the closing ceremony, the achievements of the participants were noted, and the organizers expressed gratitude to everyone who took part in the preparation and conduct of the event.

The YavTOPe Teen Labor Team School demonstrated a high level of training and organization. The groundwork made in the methodological preparation of the participants will allow us to bring work in this direction to a qualitatively new level. This event was an important step in providing schoolchildren with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful employment and further development. We will continue to work on the development of teenage labor teams and will strive to ensure that every teenager in Crimea has the opportunity to gain valuable work experience— the press service quotes the head of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian student groups, Vladimir Kaidansky.

Lectures on employment contracts, documents required for employment, working hours and general rules for the employment of minors were organized for school participants. The school was held on the initiative of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea.
