Crimean tourism workers awarded for their work
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Let us remind you that September 27 is World Tourism Day. The Head of the Republic of Crimea presented state awards to tourism workers dedicated to the holiday. Sergey Aksyonov congratulated tourism workers on their professional holiday and noted that tourism remains one of the iconic sectors of the economy of the Republic of Crimea.
Crimea is a unique region that should develop as an all-Russian resort. By joint efforts we can raise the quality of recreation to the proper level and make people want to return to Crimea. The hospitality industry should be one of the areas of development for our region. All necessary measures are being taken for this– the press service quotes the Head of the Republic.
According to Sergei Aksenov, the industry lives and develops thanks to the work of tourism workers, so now, when the industry is going through difficult times, it is very important to support them. “Republican authorities together with the federal Government are developing additional support measures. By October 1, we will summarize the results and conduct a full analysis of the occupancy level of each accommodation facility. I am sure that tools will be found to help businesses. With joint efforts we will overcome all difficulties,” explained the Head of the Republic.
Separately, the Head of Crimea thanked the teams of accommodation facilities that are involved in the rehabilitation and recovery of military personnel.
Then Sergei Aksyonov presented state awards to tourism workers: the medal “For Valiant Labor.” Gratitude from the Head of the Republic of Crimea”, distinctive signs “Watch from the Head of the Republic of Crimea”.
