Crimean unique historical and archaeological complex «Salachik» invites you on excursions

For visitors to the Bakhchisaray Museum-Reserve, excursion services were organized on the territory of the Salachik Historical and Archaeological Complex, a unique monument of history and architecture, the first capital of the Crimean Khanate. During the tour, you can get acquainted with the peculiarities of the Muslim oriental architecture of the 16th century, learn about the history of the educational institution Zinjirly Madrasah of the 16th century, about the methods and reforms in education, the founder of the educational institution Mengli Gerai (1445-1515), the most prominent medieval teachers. Also, visitors will see the tombs of the first Crimean khans, a madrasah of the 19th century, excavations of a city bath of the 16th century, the ruins of an ancient mosque— the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea reported.
