Crimean woman illegally «sheltered» 17 foreign citizens. It is clear that not for free

In the Simferopol region, police officers identified a local resident who illegally registered 17 foreign citizens with migration authorities
Police officers established that from August 2022 to March 2024, a 52-year-old resident of the Simferopol region fictitiously registered 13 citizens of Tajikistan, 3 citizens of Uzbekistan and 1 citizen of Kyrgyzstan at their place of residence.
The woman sent a notification to the Migration Department about the arrival of foreign citizens to the place of stay, without the purpose of providing residential premises for residence. The suspect admitted that she carried out a fictitious registration for a monetary reward of 3 to 5 thousand rubles– the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea reported.
The Investigation Department of the OP No. 1 «Zheleznodorozhny» of the UMVD of Russia for the city of Simferopol initiated criminal cases against the citizen on the grounds of a crime under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in a residential premises in the Russian Federation». The sanction of the article provides for a maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 3 years.
