Crimean woman will be sent to forced labor for deliberately false denunciation of theft
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Kirovsky District Prosecutor’s Office supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a previously convicted 44-year-old local resident. The Crimean woman was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (knowingly false denunciation of a crime).
The court found that in April of this year the woman told an employee of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs department in the Kirovsky district false information about the theft of property belonging to her for a total amount of 13 thousand rubles by an unidentified person. The defendant fully admitted her guilt in committing the crime.— reported the supervisory agency.
The court, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, sentenced the perpetrator to forced labor for a period of 1 year with the deduction of 10% of wages to the state. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
