The all-Russian educational project “TopBLOG” has been implemented since 2020 as part of the “Social Elevators for Everyone” program of the national project “Education” and helps to build a career in the media industry and learn how to effectively work with audiences on social networks. In the spring of 2024, a new, fourth season of the project started, in which residents of Russia and foreign countries over 14 years of age are invited to participate.

Residents of the Republic of Crimea have been actively participating in the All-Russian project “TopBLOG” of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” since 2020: in the first three seasons, 2591 residents of the region became participants, of which 26 people were announced as finalists and five as winners of the competition for authors of useful content. More than 110 residents of the region have already submitted applications for participation in the new fourth season of the project, registration continues.
In the summer, participants are invited to join the “Media Lab”, which consists of several free educational blocks and will last until the end of August. The June sprint is dedicated to the topic of content creation; in July, participants will receive a course on the topic of post-production. In August — about publications and promotion on social networks. Together with project experts, bloggers will take an educational course and complete practical tasks.
When we launched the TopBLOG project in 2020, we could not even imagine that in just three years more than 150 thousand people of different ages from all regions of Russia and more than 40 foreign countries would become participants. Our main task is to find, nurture and accompany talented people who are interested in the development of their country, give them theoretical and practical knowledge, and help them find like-minded people and partners. On the project, participants open up and develop, and thus, thanks to “TopBLOG”, they bring benefits to society by raising important social topics in their blogs, creating useful and educational content, including strengthening the traditional values of Russia.
For example, 37% of our participants maintain expert blogs on various topics, including medicine, sports, technology, ecology, and help others develop in these areas; 22% of bloggers are teachers who draw attention to educational issues and increase the prestige of the teaching profession. , others motivate subscribers to lead a healthy lifestyle or travel around our beautiful country. It is difficult to overestimate the importance of the project here. In June, speakers of the educational sprint “Content Creation” will tell participants where to look for ideas for publications, how to work with trends and create a content plan. Text creators will learn how to prepare for writing a selling post, come up with their own unique style, and work with feedback. For those who create video content, the experts have prepared a lot of useful information about working with the script, the stages of filming and the necessary equipment, and will also share secrets on how to work with speech, train acting skills and behave on camera.
In July, the TopBLOG project will also launch the competition track “Special Nominations 2.0”, where participants will perform media tasks in thematic special nominations, each of which will be presented by a large partner organization. As a result, partners will promote the best content authors in their field.
The brightest participants in the two directions of the new season of the TopBLOG project will be invited to the All-Russian Autumn Media Forum. The winners will be able to personally meet million-dollar bloggers, find like-minded people and promote their blog on the federal platform.
