The main goal of the award is to recognize the merits of organizations and individuals who have made a significant contribution to the conservation of nature and the improvement of the environmental situation in Russia. The event is held by the All-Russian ECA Movement with the support of the Public Relations Committee of Moscow. The Ecopositive award has been held for 5 years, during which time more than 100 city initiatives, journalists, entrepreneurs and public organizations have become winners, the organizing committee of the event notes.
This year the award includes eight nominations. In each of them, two winners will be noted, based on the results of popular voting in social networks and at the choice of the jury. Russians older than 18 years, as well as organizations registered in the Russian Federation, can become applicants. It is necessary to leave an application in a special form on the website: http://ecopositiv.ru. The awards ceremony will take place in December. The winners will meet in Moscow, and viewers will be able to join the event online. This year, a series of environmental workshops with elements of upcycling and exciting lectures on the eco-topic awaits the participants.
