Crimeans can use the free online program “Mom’s Health after childbirth and support for breastfeeding”, developed by the political party “New People” in the framework of the year of the family.

The project is free and available throughout the Russian Federation at the link https: //sdorovo-mama.rf. On the online platforms there are materials in the format of videos and manuals from leading experts, including doctors and employees of the Federal Research Center for Nutrition, Biotechnology and Safety of Food, FGAOU in the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenova ”of the Ministry of Health of Russia, the Federal State Budgetary Institution“ National Medical Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Academician V. I. Kulakov ”of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

The online program helps to understand matters of recovery after childbirth, the organization of breastfeeding, proper nutrition and physical activity, as well as psychological support for young mothers. The program is developed taking into account the modern scientific data and the recommendations of doctors, which allows you to obtain reliable and relevant information necessary for the health of mom and baby.
