Crimeans demand three trillion rubles from Ukraine for compensation for moral damage from the water blockade

The Supreme Court of Crimea registered a claim by the Public Chamber of the Republic of Crimea to recognize the right of Crimeans to compensation for moral damage caused as a result of the water blockade of the peninsula. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstaninov. The preliminary amount of the claim is 3.066 trillion. rubles

If the court satisfies the request of the Public Chamber, Crimeans will be able to apply to the court for compensation for moral damage suffered as a result of the water blockade organized by the terrorist entity “Ukraine”. At the same time, people will not need to prove the fact of the water blockade of Crimea, since it will be recognized by the court as generally known. The assessment of the damage we have suffered as a result of the criminal actions of the Kyiv junta continues. We are convinced that we are right and are confident that we will achieve fair court decisions,” commented Vladimir Konstantinov.
