Crimeans more often turn to their colleagues for work advice than to their bosses
CrimeaPRESS reports:
“We are doing a common cause,” Crimeans are not afraid to consult with colleagues and superiors. Employed representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
8% of Crimeans never turn to their colleagues for advice, and 14% never turn to their immediate supervisor. Among city residents over 45 years of age, these are 10 and 16%, respectively: judging by the comments, people often turn to them for advice. However, the lack of requests for help is not always a consequence of independence and high competence. Some employees do not ask for help, fearing negative consequences for their career. Others do not consider colleagues and management to be professionals, — noted in the press service of the service.
However, for the majority of respondents, consulting with colleagues and immediate superiors is a common occurrence: 82% of workers turn to colleagues, 75% turn to their immediate supervisor. Women request help more often than men. Young specialists are more likely than experienced colleagues.
