CrimeaPRESS reports:

Men prefer to be addressed by name and “you”, women also by name, but by “you”. Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.

Crimeans consider the most appropriate address in a work environment to be by name, but with “you” (37% of respondents). By name and “you” — in second place with 25% of the votes of respondents. Addressing by “you” and by first name and patronymic is preferable for 24% of city residents. The prefixes “Mr.” and “Mrs.” are considered appropriate by only 1 person out of 100. Among men, there are more of those who said that it is quite acceptable to address oneself by “you” and by name at work (30%). Women prefer to be called by name, but with “you” (41%), — noted in the press service of the service.

Among young people under 24 years of age, the majority are those who prefer to communicate on a first-name basis and by name (35%). Respondents from 25 to 34 years old want to be addressed by name, but there are already equal numbers of “you” and “you” supporters among them (36 and 35%, respectively). The form of communication by name and “you” is preferred by the majority of city residents aged 35–44 years (34%). Among respondents over 45 years old, this type of address is also in the lead (32%), but there are also more fans of the “you” form and by first name and patronymic than among those who are younger (30%).

The higher the income level of Crimean residents, the more often they prefer the official address of “you” and by first name and patronymic, and less often — other, more democratic forms.

Among representatives of common professional groups, the majority of doctors (60%), educators (58%) and teachers (56%) prefer to be addressed by “you” and by first name and patronymic. Dispatchers, administrators and marketers feel more comfortable when addressed by name, but as “you”. Supporters of a democratic communication style are most numerous among programmers (62%), sales specialists (46%), client managers and designers (45% each).
