Crimeans spoke about the main sources of stress at work

In an open survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Top 3 most stressful factors at work: attitude of management (13% of respondents), unprofessionalism of the team (12%) and high workload (10%). 9% of Crimeans are nervous mainly because of the incompetence of their superiors and the behavior of their colleagues (gossip, intrigue, etc.). For 8%, low salary causes stress. 5% have vague, fuzzy tasks. The lucky ones who do not experience stress at work are only 9% of the total number of respondents— reported the press service of the service.
Men more often cited the unprofessionalism of their immediate supervisor and low earnings as sources of stress, while women were more sensitive to the behavior of management and colleagues.
