The top 3 most important factors when choosing a job are high earnings, adequate management and company stability. In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies and economically active residents of Crimea took part.

Most An important factor when choosing an employer is high wages (69% of respondents). In second place is the adequacy of direct management (35%). In third place is the stability of the company (32%). Convenient location of the place of work is important for 23% of job seekers. The same number of people pay close attention to the psychological atmosphere in the company when applying for a job. 20% of respondents need to know career prospects to make a decision. One in six are focused on professional development opportunities (17%). For 12% of respondents, guarantees of maintaining work-life balance are important. 10% of citizens named an effective management system and interesting tasks among the most significant factors for them in choosing a job. For 8% of respondents, the availability and composition of a compensation package is important— reported the press service of the service.

Men more often choose a job based on the level of pay, prospects for career growth and the availability of interesting tasks. For women, factors such as the adequacy of management, convenient location and a comfortable psychological environment are more often important.

Residents of Crimea under 34 years of age are more often looking for a job with adequate management and clear prospects for career growth. For those who are older, the stability of the company, the convenience of its location and good relationships in the team are more important.

Respondents with a salary of less than 50 thousand rubles per month more often evaluate a new job on such parameters as stability, adequacy of management, convenient location and psychological comfort. Among city residents with a salary of more than 100 thousand rubles, the majority are those who are primarily interested in the level of income at a new place of work (77%).
