Among the platforms where bloggers are subscribed, men most often named YouTube, women — Telegram. In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea participated.
Every fourth Crimean answered affirmatively to our question about whether he has subscriptions to bloggers (25%). Subscribers most often named YouTube (53%), Telegram (50%), VK (37%), Instagram (26%) and Zen (18%) as the place to meet with the authors of their favorite channels. Top 3 favorite topics: news (38%), travel (21%), recipes, sports and training (20% each).
28% of women and 22% of men said that they have blog subscriptions. Of the blogging platforms, women most often named Telegram, men — YouTube. Among other platforms, VK, Instagram and TikTok are more popular among women, while Rutub, Zen and Facebook are more popular among men. The top 3 favorite blog topics for women are recipes, travel and beauty. For men — news, history and science. Women are less likely to be interested in tech blogs, as well as blogs on auto, science, computer games, IT, hunting and fishing. In turn, men have little interest in the topics of beauty, fashion, health and psychology, art, literature, animals and charity.
Among city residents under 34 years old, every second person said that they have subscriptions to bloggers; among those over 45 years old, every fifth person (22%) said that they have subscriptions to bloggers. In the answers of respondents under 34 years old, YouTube leads, among respondents over 45 — Telegram. Young people extremely rarely mentioned subscribing to bloggers on OK and Facebook, respondents over 45 years old mentioned subscribing to bloggers on TikTok and Insta. The most popular blog topic among those who are younger is humor, while among those who are older it is news. Young people are not interested in gardening, the older generation is not interested in computer games and fashion.
Residents of the city with a salary of 100 thousand rubles or more said that they subscribe to bloggers, less often than those who earn up to 50 thousand rubles (20 and 35%, respectively). Respondents with a salary of 100 thousand or more, who have subscriptions, extremely rarely named such platforms as Odnoklassniki and TikTok. Those surveyed with a salary of up to 50 thousand rubles are most often interested in reviews of TV series, citizens with an income of 100 thousand or more are interested in news blogs. Topics such as humor, life coaching, beauty and photography are more popular among respondents with lower than average incomes. Blogs about business, history, science, finance, cars and IT were significantly more often named by those who earn over 100 thousand rubles per month.
