Crimeans told who it is most difficult to find a common language at work

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
The greatest difficulties among residents of Crimea causes communication on working issues with accountants (10%). In second place in the degree of “harmfulness”-sales managers and customer services (7%), in third-IT specialists (5%). It is not easy to intersect on working issues and with employees of security services (4%). 2% of respondents noted difficulties in communicating with representatives of working professions, HR specialists, economists and administrators. About 1 out of 100 respondents told about the difficulties of communication with engineers, lawyers, secretaries, marketers and sellers. Among other professions, communication with which is often difficult to communicate, were named educators, logists, drivers, bank employees, doctors, teachers and others.
At the same time, every third participant in the survey said that he was not experiencing problems in communicating with colleagues, regardless of their specialization. 8% indicated that the difficulties do not depend on the profession, but on the personal qualities of the interlocutor. And 2% admitted that it is difficult for them to find a common language with their own colleagues in the department.
Women more often than men face problems in communicating with accountants: 10% versus 9%, respectively. While men more often women experience difficulties in interacting with workers (4% versus 1%). At the same time, 38% of the fair sex (against 29% of men) announced the absence of any communication barriers with colleagues of other professions.
